Transfer Guide for Electronic Tickets

How to transfer electronic tickets when selling on TicketBay

Some football tickets for Ohio State students are now online on TicketMaster. This guide shows you how to find them, how to add them to Apple Wallet (on iOS), and how to transfer them when selling on TicketBay.

Getting access to electronic tickets

1. Download the Ohio State Buckeyes Ticket App (iOS here and Android here).

   

2. Open the app, click on the menu in the upper left corner and go to Tickets and Passes.

   

3. Choose Manage Student Tickets.

   

4. Login with your Ohio State TicketMaster account. The email and password should be whatever you used to buy the tickets, which might not be the same password as Carmen.

5. (If necessary), link your TicketMaster account.

   For example, I had an Ohio State TicketMaster account, and a TicketMaster account that had stevens.994@osu.edu as a username, so the app asked me to link that account as well.

Adding tickets to Apple Wallet (or similar)

1. In My TicketMaster, select a single football game.

   

2. Click Add to Apple Wallet.

   

Transferring tickets when selling

1. In My TicketMaster, select a single football game.

   

2. Click Send at the bottom of the screen.

   

3. Select the ticket by clicking on the seat box and click SEND TO.

   

4. If you have the recipient stored as a contact, click Select From Contacts, then choose your the contact's phone number. If not, click Manually Enter A Recipient.

   

5. Make sure the details listed are correct.

   

6. Click Send 1 Ticket, and you're finished!
